Once you have identified a home tutor that may be right for you, be sure to review their profile carefully and contact us. Also, write down a list of questions you want to ask such as background of the tutor, teaching style, hours of availability, where the tutoring will take place, references, teaching experience, tutoring fees etc.

Once you are satisfied with the tutor, contact us to schedule a free one-to-one trial class with the tutor for home tuitions.

Yes, Once we have identified a perfect home tutor for you or your kid that matches your tuition requirement, we will arrange a one-day free demo session with the tutor at your preferred location. If you like the demo session and if you want to continue with the same tutor than we will collect the first-month tuition fee in advance. In case, If you do not like the demo session, we will arrange a new tutor for you.

However, to ensure more safety, parents are advised to take ID proof and Address proof of the tutor before hiring them.

In-person ,tutoring will take place in the parent’s home. If the person being tutored is under 18, it is strongly recommended that a parent/guardian is present during the tutoring sessions for safety reasons.

We take first month tuition fee in advance and the tutor is paid after the monthly sessions are over. We will issue the receipt of the fee payment to you as well as to the tutor. This brings us a commitment from both sides. We do not support or encourage any direct payment to tutor, as that could lead to a potential fraud and we do not take any responsibility for such payments. (This is only for the first month fee payment.)

Initial month fee can be paid using 3 ways:

• You can pay the fee online.

• You can come, visit our office and submit the fee offline.

• We can send our collection officer at your place to collect the fee from you.

Yes, the fee paid by you is safe and secure with us. We will issue the receipt of the fee payment to you as well as to the tutor.

In case, if you do not like the trial class, we will arrange a new home tutor for you that matches your tuition requirement.

Once the tuition gets started, if you feel that the tutor is not regular or discontinued the tuition for any reason, either we will arrange a new tutor for you that matches your tuition requirement or we will refund the balance amount of first month tuition fee paid by you after deducting the money for tuition classes already taken.

The payment method for tuition fee is up to the individual tutor.

Yes, you can view the list of jobs you have applied for. To view the list:

• Login to your tutor account

• Go to your profile dashboard

• In profile dashboard, Click on 'Jobs'

• Now select 'Applied Jobs' option available inside Jobs menu.

Yes, you will get the tuition job inquiries through SMS and Email. Make sure you have verified your registered email id and mobile number with us so that you start receiving tuition job inquiries from us.

This could happen if your mobile number and email id has not been verified with us. Do write us at info@tutorhitutor.com or call us at 8564871954, if you need assistance in verifying your email id and mobile number.

You will be paid after the monthly tuition sessions. We will collect the first month tuition fees in advance from parents and will give it to you after completion of your first month tuition (for the initial month only).
